Faye has worked within the aesthetics industry for over 15 years. Firstly, as a level 4 qualified practitioner, carrying out multiple treatments from laser and light-based devices to microneedling and chemical peels, working for a manufacturer and distributor of lasers. She then became a clinic manager for an award-winning dermatology clinic. Faye has spent the last 6 years working in various training positions including for a global clinic chain. She joined Healthxchange in 2023 and trains on everything device based as well as multiple skincare brands.
