With over 14 years’ experience across the Beauty, Wellness and Aesthetics industry, Shea has built a career spanning clinical practice, global spa environments, and commercial leadership.
A CIDESCO-qualified and BTEC Laser & Light Therapist, she gained extensive hands-on experience working in luxury 5-star cruise ship spas worldwide, followed by senior clinical roles including CQC-registered Clinic Manager and a key contributor to the launch and growth of a national clinic chain.
Shea later transitioned into commercial management as Business Development Manager for a scientifically advanced skincare brand and Global Account Manager for a leading LED device.
Driven by a passion for people and professional development, Shea joined Healthxchange in 2024, delivering advanced skincare and device training to support clinical excellence and business growth.
